To close a Personal Wi-Fi monthly account,

this link. If you have an Indoor Wireless
Client, you'll need to return it (in person or
via traceable carrier) to the address at
left in order to close your account. If
you have an Outdoor Wireless Client, please
call or email to schedule a removal appointment.

(Network Status) to hear a recorded message
that will include known issues and expected
resolution times.
